What ApplyTrackr provides
ApplyTrackr helps candidates organize job applications, discover third-party job listings, and read or share user-generated interview reviews. We are not an employer and do not guarantee interviews, offers, or job availability.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under it. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. Do not share credentials or attempt to access other users’ data.
Job listings
Many listings are aggregated from external providers. We do not control their accuracy, availability, or compliance. Always verify details (location, compensation, visa status, remote policy) directly with the employer or provider before applying.
User-generated reviews
Reviews and ratings are posted by users, not by ApplyTrackr. By submitting content, you warrant that it is truthful to the best of your knowledge, does not disclose confidential information, and does not include personal data of others (names, emails, phone numbers, etc.). We may moderate, edit, or remove content that is abusive, discriminatory, defamatory, spammy, clearly false, or violates these terms. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and distribute your submitted reviews within the service. You may edit or delete your reviews; removal may take time to propagate.
Prohibited conduct
Do not scrape the site at scale, attempt to bypass security controls, impersonate others, upload malware, or use the service for unlawful purposes. Do not post interview questions verbatim, proprietary test content, or anything that infringes intellectual property.
Company requests and flags
Companies may report content they believe is inaccurate or violates these terms. We reserve the right to temporarily hide content while reviewing flags and to request clarifications from authors. Repeated misuse of reviews may result in account suspension.
No guarantees
ApplyTrackr is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, correctness of listings or reviews, or that the service will meet your expectations. Use your judgment and verify critical details directly with employers.
Privacy
We collect and use personal data according to our privacy practices. Do not include personal information of others in reviews or notes. For interview reviews, anonymize details that could identify specific individuals.
Third-party services
Some features rely on third-party APIs and job boards. Your use of those services is subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party outages, changes, or content.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of ApplyTrackr after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
